Any support request is entered and tracked in LION's Case Tracking System.

LION's Customer Support Portal allows you to submit new Cases and also to check the status of submitted support requests. LION's Customer Support Guideline provides a detailed description of LION's support process.

Please use the LION Case Report Template. Your request will be acknowledged by an email including the LION Case ID your request was logged with.
